Under 200

I broke the 200 mark today! I weighed in at 199.4. That's a total of 16 pounds lost since 1/1/07!

Congrats on going under 200 pounds. I found your blog on the RW forum. I'll check back often to see how you progress. I, too, am losing weight.

Several things keep me motivated.

One, I love to read blogs from folks that are losing weight, running and having the time of their lives. I suggest reading the blog from day one to the present. If you'd like. Visit mine and read the blogs I have links to. The best one's are the wisconsin runners and the houston runner.

Two, enjoy your time running. It's truly a sport to me and I look forward to the races, but I never make goals that are too high and I always try to enjoy my runs. Even when I'm dead tired.

Three, make it a priority in your life. When you do, you'll find that all the other important stuff (wife, kids, job, health) become better because of your running.

Good luck with your running, it truly is a lot of fun.
