Setback

Last week, I had this pain in my groin. It was getting better, then this weekend (after being in a car for over 16 hours) it came back. Well today, using my new New Balance 857's, I stopped 2 minutes into the run. I'm really bummed.

Today I was suppose to run 1.5 miles (I'm a beginner). As soon as I started running, it just didn't feel right and I could tell my stride was not the same.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm not going to run until Thursday or maybe even Sat., to see what happens.

BTW, the new shoes felt great!
