Well, my groin feels a lot better than it did this morning. However, I'm not going to let that trick me. I have decided not to run until Saturday. I'm still going to do my upper body weight training, but not the lower body.
This is my first set back and I realized, that I cannot be a true runner, unless I'm smart enough to take the rest I need.

You certainly don't want to make an injury worse. Did you finish the 1.5 miles by walking? I always walk if it doesn't hurt. Take care of yourself.

I really didn't know if I should walk the rest or not. So, I did not walk. I might try walking tomorrow, instead of my planned run.
