Oh, What a Feeling

This morning, I really didn't want to get out of bed. Did not want to! I hit the snooze, then hit it again, then once more. I was tired and comfortable where I was. I did not want to leave the warmth and security, that is bed. But I did.

I did get out of bed. I did leave the warmth. I did do my Strength workout. Oh, how glad I am I did. It is amazing how working out boosts your energy and mood. This morning I felt like crap! Now I feel strong, refreshed and ready to meet the day.

Next time you don't want to get out of bed to run or cross-train, remember how good you are going to feel after you are done. It is incredible!
