I have lost over 15 pounds!!!!
This morning I got on the scale and was amazed. I weighed in at 200 pounds! I have lost 15.4 pounds, since I started running at the first of the year. On Jan. 1st., 2007, I was 215.4 pounds. I know that I still have a ways to go, but it feels really good to be down.
The only questions is, how much should I weigh? I will be covering that in an up coming post.
