What I Learned Today

So, the last time I was at the Dentist, my BP was 122/90.

For adults, your PB should be lower than 120/80. I was close to that, but was still over that number.

They say "beginning at 115/75, every 20 point increase in your systolic (top) number or 10 point increase in your diastolic (bottom) number doubles your risk of having a heart attack or stroke." - Source

Well, my PB is now 116/60!!!

Anyways, I just had to share that!!!
