I just wanted everyone to know that the 5k bug is spreading. My wife, sister, mom and dad are now all signed up to run/walk the 5k that will be held in conjunction with the Des Moines Marathon and Half-Marathon!
Congrats to them for signing up for the 5k. I was excited when my wife signed up. I'm just floored the others are going to do it now too.
